Dr Gavin Khedun BDS (Dentist)
After qualifying from Glasgow University in 2003, I have undergone postgraduate training in advanced restorative dentistry at the Eastman dental hospital, London . I am currently undergoing an MSc to support my interest in techniques such as crowns, bridges, removable prosthetics (dentures) endodontics, and full case rehabilitations to enable me to provide exceptional care to all my patients.
Dr Penelope Hirst BDS (Hons) (Dentist)
Following graduation I worked initially in general practice with a special interest in periodontology. In 1980 I was appointed part time clinical demonstrator in periodontology at the Royal dental hospital in London, and subsequently, following the closure of the Royal, at Guys Hospital, London until 1993. Throughout this time I was working 3 days a week in private practice carrying out all aspects of dental treatment. From 1996 I have been an associate at Roseneath Dental Surgery, where I have continued to specialise in the treatment of periodontal disease and I also accept referrals from local practices.
Bhavna Patel Bds , Mfds , Rcs (Eng) (Dentist)
After graduating from Sheffield University in 1999, I did my Vocational Training in Loughborough, following which I worked as a Senior House Officer in Maxillofacial Surgery at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth. I have since been based mainly in Woking, working part-time in private practice as well as Surrey Special Care Dentistry service.
During this time I have gained further postgraduate qualifications, which have led to attaining Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. I have also completed an advanced cosmetic dentistry programme; and am an active member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Other interests that I’ve nurtured over the past few years with further education and experience include orthodontics, implant restoration and acupuncture. I believe in providing quality dental care with prevention being an area of key focus.
