Made from titanium and manufactured using state of the art techniques, implants are designed to last. They require no additional care than natural teeth so simply maintain a good oral hygiene routine and you may well end up forgetting they are there.

What are Dental Implants?
State of the Art | Long Lasting | Hard Wearing
Dental implants are small, titanium implants that replace the part of the tooth below the gum. They provide the most strong and stable foundation for fixed or removable replacement teeth on the market today and are often compared to feeling as good as, if not better than the wearers natural teeth.
Why Choose Dental Implants?
Dental implants allow us to match the aesthetics of your own, healthy teeth. The implants themselves are hidden below the gum and the affixed teeth and crowns are carefully selected to match the colour and shape of any remaining natural teeth.
After a time, the implants themselves actually fuse to the bones in your jaw, the same way the root of a tooth would. This organic connection removes the feeling of movement associated with traditional dentures and allows you complete confidence in the supported tooth/teeth.
When dentures slide, it can turn chewing into a chore. Dental implants are fixed points so you can eat your favourite foods in complete confidence.
A Bigger Smile
More self-confidence and a more authentic you. The power of a real, heartfelt smile is something many of our patients have found the most value in. As humans, emotional expression is part of the very fabric of our being and dental implants can help you smile like you mean it.
Enhanced Oral Health
Dental Implants don’t require any more care or maintenance than natural teeth and unlike bridges, neighbouring teeth are not amended to support new additions. Remaining healthy teeth are left unfettered and an implant next to an existing tooth leaves a more natural gap between teeth allowing easier flossing.
Durability and Longevity
Implants are made from titanium using cutting edge technology and are manufactured to the tightest medical tolerances. Suffice to say, they will last a lifetime with the appropriate care.
As they are fixed, no longer to you have to be concerned with the often embarrassing nature of having to remove or insert dentures. There is no need for sticky adhesive on your gums and there is no risk of them slipping out. Once they’re in, they’re in. Enjoy them!
How does a Dental Implant Procedure work?
- First, a small hole is created from the gum, through to the jaw.
- The small titanium insert is fitted. A healing cap is inserted to support the correct growth of tissue around the implant
- The implant is left to heal. Once healed, the healing cap is uncovered and an abutment (A small structure to support the new tooth) is inserted.
- A crown is then fitted to the abutment, the implant itself is always hidden below the gum.
- You leave with a ready, reliable set of teeth!
